Shipping & Delivery
We ship hardcover books worldwide, and eBooks are delivered digitally via email or download link — typically immediately after successful payment.
Processing Time
- All books are in stock. Order before 3PM on a business day and we ship the same day. Orders placed after 3PM, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched
Estimated Delivery Times
- Netherlands & EU: 2–3 business days
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International orders: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands – €2.99. Free over €50
- Belgium – €5.00. Free over €75
- All other countries – €9.99
- eBooks – no shipping cost, delivered digitally
- Shipping costs are also shown at checkout
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
Tracking
If tracking is available, it will be sent to you via email once your order ships.
Returns & Damaged Items
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (hardcover books only)
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- To start a return, email helpdesk@stickybestie.com and we will issue a prepaid return label; a USD 5.00 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Returns are free if the item is defective or incorrect
If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@callhercc.com with photos and your order number.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped. CALLHERCC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
