• Purchase and use of eBooks (digital products)
• Purchase of hardcover books (physical products)
• Any related content, services, or communications

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this website and purchase products.

4. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

a) Digital Products (eBooks)

• Delivered electronically after purchase
• For personal, non-commercial use only
• No physical item will be shipped

b) Physical Products (Hardcover Books)

• Shipped to the address provided at checkout
• Delivery times may vary based on location

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout
• Prices may change at any time without notice
• Payments must be completed before product delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All eBook sales are final
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products
• By purchasing, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins

7. PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURNS (HARDCOVER BOOKS)

a) Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• To start a return, email helpdesk@stickybestie.com with your order number. We issue a prepaid return label.
• A return shipping fee of USD 5.00 is deducted from your refund. Returns are free of charge if the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

b) Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

c) Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@callhercc.net
• Include photos and order details

d) Cancellations

• Orders for physical books may be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch, by emailing helpdesk@stickybestie.com
• Once an order has been dispatched, the return procedure above applies
• eBook orders cannot be cancelled once the download or access has begun, as set out in section 6

8. SHIPPING

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on CALLHERCC, including but not limited to:

• Text
• Books
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Digital downloads

is the exclusive property of CALLHERCC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content
• Share or upload eBooks publicly
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website
• Use our content in a harmful, misleading, or defamatory manner

All products and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:

• Results
• Earnings
• Personal outcomes
• Suitability for a specific purpose
• Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CALLHERCC shall not be liable for:
